Stephenie is the voice and heart of WanderSafe. A passionate advocate for women’s safety and empowerment, she has taken the WanderSafe mission to global stages — from the TODAY Show Australia and NBC Tech Trends to keynoting at the Women in Tech Summit. With a background in marketing and brand strategy, Stephenie leads WanderSafe’s public presence, partnerships, and community initiatives including the #BeTheBeacon campaign and The WanderSafe Accord. Her vision is simple: every person deserves to feel safe, everywhere they go.

Fiona O’Donnell
Based in Sydney, Fiona is the visionary behind WanderSafe’s growth from a personal safety idea to an international technology platform. With deep expertise in business development and strategy, she has led the company through its global expansion, building partnerships with organizations like Motorola Solutions, Crime Stoppers International, and Deloitte. Fiona drives the company’s strategic direction, investor relations, and global market expansion.

Paulo Taylor
Paulo is the architect of WanderSafe’s technology stack. Based in Lisbon, he leads the engineering team responsible for the iOS and Android apps, the enterprise platform, and the JENI AI system. His expertise spans mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and real-time safety systems. From BLE beacon pairing to live GPS tracking, Paulo ensures that every line of code serves WanderSafe’s mission of making personal safety accessible to everyone.

Victor J. Quiñones
Victor is the operational backbone of WanderSafe, overseeing technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, legal compliance, and business operations from Sugar Land, Texas. With a multidisciplinary background spanning IT leadership, information security, and corporate law, he ensures WanderSafe meets the highest standards of data protection, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across every market the company serves.
